We offer interesting and varied work, flexible work days, competitive pay and conditions, learning opportunities, a fun environment, and branded work gear.

Skills we need
People who would enjoy this mahi:
People who would enjoy this mahi:
- is a passionate gardener or curious about nature (eg studying plants, environment, horticulture)
- can work at least 2 days a week.
- reliable and honest. Has a positive attitude.
- can solve problems
- a clear and prompt communicator in all channels: email, messaging etc.
- willing to learn and share knowledge
- enjoy working outdoors. Comfortable getting dirty, carrying gear, digging etc.
- live locally and have a reliable way to get to work
- current valid driver licence.
Compost - the basis of a healthy garden.
The work involves clearing overgrown areas, planting, and regular maintenance. Tasks include, but aren’t limited to:
- hand weeding, weedeating and spraying
- pruning and hedge trimming
- planting and plant care
- using and maintaining power tools and sprayers.
- gathering waste to remove from site or to compost on site
- accurately recording time and other job details on the tablet.
